Exactly what you want from a bank!! I they are great in Bath
Really rude bank tellers- like get a new job if you hate it there so much . I tried to close my account and they wanted me to pay $25. Deposited checks are not available on the same day. So this bank is worthless
Say one thing do another. Time for a bank that is actually national and truly helps their customers. No option to review the company fully as the entire company is not a good bank. Go with a respected large bank that understands that a bank is for the people who put money in it. Truly why do we use banks at all?
About 2 months ago me and my wife were laying in bed and received a phone call from our bank. The call was about a credit card but quickly turned into the CSR asking my wife for a tattoo because she is a tattoo artist. This is highly unprofessional, using someone's personal information while conducting a business call for personal matters is wild. On a side note that person did schedule an appointment to color in a humming bird behind her ear, no showed my wife and then avoided eye contact and conversation with her everytime... read more
