One of the tellers at this branch, is slower than molasses on a hot summer day. He sits with his back to the drive thru. I've sat there and watched him playing Solitaire on his work computer. Rang the buzzer, knocked on the window, even honked my horn. There weren't any customers in the lobby. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing.
Either fix your online hours to match the sign on your door or keep the lobby open until 5pm like it says it is on here, nothing like driving 45 minutes to be told to come back in the morning
Everything you could ask for in a bank. Very friendly and always willing to help their customers! I've been a long time customer and I'm glad they are my bank.
Have always been polite and go out of their way to help in any way.
