Refuses to cash state or federal checks which is against the law for a bank to refuse your income tax checks. To top it off they wrote on my check so nowhere else in this entire state will cash it! This place is complete trash! They are being reported to the BBB for this. To top it off they have one person working the day before a holiday, in the middle of the day, and people are waiting well over 15 minutes to cash their checks when they have to be at work. They really need to spend their money more wisely like on more help... read more
Worst place to bank.
Sorry excuse of a banking partner. Can't cash payroll checks at half the branches. The other half will do it. Inconvenient. Inconsistent. Bank with walmart instead of allowing these people to hold your money.
