Had an account with this branch for many years. Through financial ups and downs, they've been there, in full service and support. Now, as a entrepreneur who spends most of the year abroad and travelling, as my business grows, I'll still use this local bank, preferring the warm service over any of the flashy options in Singapore or Hong Kong.
opened an account today deposited 800 went to withdraw the money i needed today and it says ineledgable account or insufficent funds.....not impressed...you tell me i can use my card imediatly and a 4 hours later i still cant access my money and you close at 4.....un satisfied already and ive only had an account for 5 hrs....
We love the ladies at the Exchange branch. My 4 year old always chats with them and "relaxes" with her popcorn when we go in on Fridays. My daughter would hang out there all day and I enjoy seeing her interact with them and that even though they are working, they take the time to show her around or let her visit them in their offices. Very friendly group of ladies that we will miss when we move.
If I could give zero stars I would. It took SIX months to get a commercial construction loan. In the meantime, paperwork was lost, phone calls not returned for days, and under writers making ridiculous demands. We tried backing out more than once, but each time we were reassured that everything would be better from that point forward.
