Shouldn't even allow there doors to open there so worthless
Phone system is an abyss and does not work well. CANNOT get to anyone even with a name based on relationship. Online banking only slightly better as it is hit or miss whether that has glitches as well. IF and WHEN you can get somebody people are bright enough and helpful but getting there is painstaking and sometimes impossible. I have advised on calls but talking to "CAM" a waste of time as system doesn't even complete voice recognition. Will likely leave the bank based on this alone.
I just drove from Scarborough to Portland to access the ATM, but “surprise!” The reader to unlock the door isn’t working. Not the first time this has happened to me, but last time was months ago so one would assume what we was wrong was corrected. What’s going on with this, Camden? Time for me to switch everything over to my other bank where such inconveniences aren’t an issue!!!
Camden National Bank has been absolutely amazing! I have my personal accounts and business accounts with them along with their credit card services. Their staff is fantastic and always available to help. Customer service line is also amazing, no wait times and friendly staff thats easy to understand, and have always fixed any issues. It is very comforting to have a local bank right down the street that is as good as these guys are!
Withdrawing my money immediately, they shut down their ATMs for any transactions even withdrawing on holidays, I tried to use the ATM the FRIDAY before Presidents’ Day and it’s already shut down. Worst ever
