I came into this Camden National Bank location to make a deposit and request account statements, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The teller seemed disinterested and lacked the basic courtesy you’d expect at a financial institution. Phone system is an abyss and does not work well. CANNOT get to anyone even with a name based on relationship. Online banking only slightly better as it is hit or miss whether that has glitches as well. IF and WHEN you can get somebody people are bright enough and helpful but getting there is painstaking and sometimes impossible. I have advised on calls but talking to "CAM" a waste of time as system doesn't even complete voice recognition. Will likely leave the bank based on this alone.
