Camden National Bank used to be great. However, in 2026, they have made so many changes that it is a real PIA. Now, a call will connect you to CAM, a robot. I used to get a person who could triage my call to someone who would help. Today, I was on the phone-"on hold" for over 20 minutes. I finally asked for a call back by pushing 1. But then, I am away from my online account. I need my drivers license number. Very user unfriendly since instituting the robot answering machine. Lady Couldn’t get up and walk over to a printer to send check thru the drive thru window had to drive all the way to boothbay to use the drive thru to get a couple blank checks!
