Kay Flanagan has been exceptional to work with. She’s drawn up contracts and formation documents for multiple businesses of mine and is always incredibly timely and communicative.
Don't bother getting wills and trusts by them. Waited 7 months, had to do all the chasing. Calls and emails not returned. Misinformation provided. Never again. One of the worst run lw firms i have ever seen.
Unfortunately I'm writing a review of my not so professional experience. After about 7 months; without hearing back from my Attorney (except 1 auto generated email, saying she was out of office,) did I hear back from her? I was given a couple different time lines/deadlines on when the next steps would be, but those times came and went, and still no words or any documents from the attorney, except from her staff saying she "apologized" (more than once.)
