Jay came to our door this am and informed us that our water heater was leaking out of our balcony! He hopped right in and got started on the fix. He was efficient and friendly. He kept us informed with each step he was doing and tripple checked to ensure the new waterheater was working correctly (which it was). He also followed up on a previous workorder and he gave us contact info to ensure we get the needed info. Being a native to Arizona, he shared some helpful tips for us newbie to follow.

I just moved into the complex 3 days ago and I am already more than impressed! Layla and the front office staff have been amazing making my move across the country super easy! Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The move in day process can be really frustrating but the staff made sure it wasn't. While getting ready to unload my car, 4 maintenance guys came to help. They unloaded my car in a matter of minutes and carried everything up to the 3rd floor. Josh, Jermark, Jay and Gilberto were super polite and so helpful. They deserve some kind of raise! I'd still be unloading things if it weren't for them.

Camden Hayden has been the best living situation I could imagine. The staff is so helpful, on top of any concerns, and are so nice every time you see them. The community is clean. And the Apartments are great. It is a great place to call home. I've lived here for about 2 years plus and it has been amazing.

The maintenance crew here is amazing beyond words! Nathan and Josh worked on my air conditioner until 8pm and made sure it was working properly before leaving.
