Both times I called I was belittled over the phone for asking a question.
Horrible customer assistance while trying to pay my bill. They say i need to send check or pay in person and there is nothing else they can do. Person who answered had a thick foreign accent and was of no help. I wait to call the manager tomorrow. Absolutely horrible.
Website is trash and hardly accepts any form of payment besides types of cards nobody has. They try to bully you into providing your banking info to a website so sketchy that your own bank denies it. You call customer service and their response is only to inconvenience you further by giving you a mailing address so they don't have to do their jobs and fix their BS website. Absolutely useless.
I’ve tried to pay my bill multiple times through the website and app. Each time it tells me either the payment system is down or it just won’t accept the payment. Now my bill is collecting interest which is ridiculous as I have attempted to pay it. Has anyone else experienced this!?
