I was very disappointed with our experience at this location. We understand that it was extremely busy and that the staff were working hard to accommodate everyone, but being busy is never an excuse to be rude to customers. After waiting almost an hour to pick up our online order, the cashier told us we could quickly check the items and come back to let her know if everything was okay so she could close the order. We waited patiently after adding our names to the waitlist, only to experience a deeply frustrating situation. After approximately 90 minutes, we observed several families who arrived after us being served within 10–15 minutes. Initially, we assumed they had prior appointments. My daughter transferred to a private school mid year and needed uniform all of a sudden. I called Cambridge and they were explaining what my daughter need for her school step by step. They went through how to set up an account over the phone and the school's uniform rules. They got me in right away and helped get my daughter's uniform to a good size.
