Asked for quarters here this morning. The teller said since I didn’t have an account she could only give me $10 of quarters, which I was grateful for since some other banks just turned me away. But as she was counting out my change, she gave me $20 less than i gave her, saying “$10 of quarters and $10 for me” as she pocketed $10 from her register. Only go here if you want to be robbed by the tellers
This branch of Eastern Bank is absolutely wonderful. I've never been so impressed and grateful for the personal service I've received from everyone there, and most especially the branch manager, who has gone far above and beyond in a very unusual and stressful situation with my 101-year old Dad (the account holder) who needed complicated documentation support. Run don't walk to move your money from the big bad banks, and put your trust in Eastern Trust on Mass Ave. You'll be so glad you did!
