Very personable
im reading the reviews and im very surprised. i went to the wellesley office to open an account. i was greeted very politely and tim sat with me for as long as i needed, answered my questions and was fantastic. this bank has some of the highest savings rates anywhere and there are physical locations with real people to answser questions i am extremely happy with this bank.
There is a branch manager who is very unprofessional, surly, and downright incompetent at Harvard Square branch. I have had this account for 10 years and first time saw this incompetent manager who is treating very discriminatory against the customer(s) based on the sound of their name origin. To add insult to injury, he began to ask me the security questions and denied my ID to do any transactions in the bank which used to do with other bank teller and personnel. Stay away this branch!
