im reading the reviews and im very surprised. i went to the wellesley office to open an account. i was greeted very politely and tim sat with me for as long as i needed, answered my questions and was fantastic. this bank has some of the highest savings rates anywhere and there are physical locations with real people to answser questions i am extremely happy with this bank.
