My mother was admitted during COVID. While Cambridge staff did their best to care for her, a more effective mitigation plan for falls could have been implemented along with consistent bedside checks per her care plan.
I'd give zero stars if that were an option. Ask for help, get told "that's the way it is."🤷♀️
Would give 0 stars if I could. Don't put your loved ones in their care if they actually need nursing care. After meeting with our grandmother after she had a stroke the director said they had skilled care and could accept her into their living facility. Less than a week later Gram fell and broke her hip. At 97 years old, she had partial hip replacement and rehabilitation and again returned to Cambridge living and they increased their level of care, charging us more for it.
