Brandon at the bank was so helpful to me today when I called to have the bank resend my tax forms via the post office mail. I was away for 4 months (hospitalized) and my bank statements were being sent back by post office. He was very nice to me and offered to put tax form in mail the same day. Thank you Brandon.
I was in the bank today. There were 2 counters and both had a customer that took some time, but staff were very polite and friendly to them. While I was waiting the manager came from room and apologized for delay and asked about my issues and suggested whst to do for mobile deposit next time. When I went to the counter for my turn, they deposited my checks in 30 seconds. Nice walls inside.

I would suggest trying Middlesex Savings or Cambridge Trust. Management has gone downhill under the new Branch Manager. Very poor service. Staff at the Cambridge Savings Bank in Concord MA are unprofessional and lack respect. We will not remain with this bank.
