Will lie to your face and tell you they tried to contact you, shut your card down without warning, then try to make it seem like your fault. Never ever trust a bank that will lie to your face
In the mist of COVID-19 (April 2020), I took almost $40k to deposit to Newton center branch. The branch manager took my cashier's check and went back to inside the bank while I was lock out at the small ATM vestibule. People were coming in/out to use ATM, I was risking my life standing in a small vestibule for almost 30 min. I was wondering why it took so long to deposit one check.
