These guys rock. The app is easy to use and emails alert me about any activity and balance - and I get reimbursed for atms, which means i can get cash most anywhere. But the people working at the branch are seriously nice people who invest (ha) a bit of their time and selves into each interaction. Clearly community focused as well. I have goals for my finances, and I have a funny feeling CSB will be really helpful for me in the future.
I have done business with many banks--Citizens,, BOA, Cambridge Trust a/k/a Eastern Bank, Century Bank--and CSB is the best by far in terms of service, products and accessibility.
