We came in to open up an account but had unique challenges. Instead of turning us away, like they have at much larger banks, Anaika and Markens helped us as much as they could, made a quick call to the branch manager, Richard Garcia and between the 3 of them we got our situation resolved, a new account opened and a new banking relationship was made. These guys rock. The app is easy to use and emails alert me about any activity and balance - and I get reimbursed for atms, which means i can get cash most anywhere. But the people working at the branch are seriously nice people who invest (ha) a bit of their time and selves into each interaction. Clearly community focused as well. I have goals for my finances, and I have a funny feeling CSB will be really helpful for me in the future.
I have done business with many banks--Citizens,, BOA, Cambridge Trust a/k/a Eastern Bank, Century Bank--and CSB is the best by far in terms of service, products and accessibility.
