The staff members are very friendly and good to the residents. The management is not efficient at addressing known issues within a reasonable time frame. It is either a lack of responsibility or negligence. There should be an assistant serving in this capacity if the manager is unavailable. Plumbing issues should be addressed within a reasonable time, not days. Internet/cable should be available to all tenants. If there is an issues call the provider, they will send a technician. My Aunt has been there since July. Always Clean, Very friendly staff. My Aunt gets great care. She said food is very good!
