Outrageous prices and rude customer service agents. $60 plus tip for a 4.2 mile drive in the late morning? When the Lyft price is $14? When every other time I've taken a cab to the airport it was around $25? Make it make sense. I prefer cabs to Uber/Lyft, but this is just silly. I recommend taking your business literally anywhere else.
Driver 16 on 4/6 430pm. Nearly ran me over crossing the street to cut off a black minivan. Get them off the road!
Oh my. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to utilize this service. I was shocked when a small car, like an old Prius, appeared. It simply said cab on the door. LOL. Inside the car the smell of Indian curry was overwhelming. Likely they deliver food as well. I needed to wind the window down. I was meeting colleagues at a restaurant and I didn't want to be seen getting out of the car. I had the driver pull around the corner.
