Absolutely wonderful afternoon,Lynne was very patient and attentive,this was our second visit and the first visit was the same.Beautiful room full of stunning dresses and a warm welcome. Lynne listened to what my daughter wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Today my daughter found her style and said YES to the dress! Thankyou so much Lynne.
Lynne was incredible! The first dress she picked out for me was actually the dress I ended up saying yes to! I went in there feeling very nervous and not really having a clue what I was looking for. She made the experience very comfortable and easy. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day. Thank you Lynne!
Lynne was so welcoming when I visited her shop with my friend, mum, and mother-in-law to be. She listened to thoughts I had about what I might want and then chose a selection of beautiful dresses for me to try on. It's a pretty intimate experience, but she made the whole thing feel so relaxed. This was the first and only bridal dress shop I visited; there was no need to visit any others as I found my perfect dress here.
At first, Lynn seemed lovely and very kind, but she didn’t actually listen to what my mum wanted. She specifically asked for splits to be put in the dresses, which Lynn did, but the work was done badly. My mum ordered two dresses at £260 each. When they arrived, Lynn had actually ordered the wrong style, so they had to be reordered. Mum wasn’t charged for that mistake, but when the new dresses came in, the colour wasn’t what she had asked for or envisioned. Because of that, she ended up ordering yet another dress.
