I just phoned the office to inquire about a previous tax return that Cambridge had completed a few years back. As my call was accepted, i asked how the person was doing only to receive a response of “What do you want?”. According to the gentleman on the phone, who told me his name was no use to me; he receives phone calls multiple times a day and usually the caller would ask to speak with someone rather than asking how his day was going first.
