Horrible place with a very controlling staff who rarely answer the phone and when they do they refuse to let you talk to the person you are calling even if you are related to them. I would NEVER recommend this facility. My husband got several of his shirts stolen here and of course they claim to know nothing about it.
In response to Don Williams. I am sorry to hear that you may have not had a good experience with The Cambridge Assisted Living. Management at The Cambridge does their very best to provide a safe and positive working environment for their employees. Employment turn-over at the facility appears to have been at 1% for the last 18 months, which is far below industry trend. So far everything is going great. We have had Cambridge in Quincy for years. It is a very nice and beautiful and the staff is one of the most caring staff you can ask for your loved ones.
