Very unorganized staff. Every time I have to get their help with something there is endless problems.
The best customer service I've had in any financial institution, good advice, detailed explanations and friendly talk. Also, Richard is fluent in Spanish, which made the process even smoother for us.
Had issues with expired card after hours....visited Mcpillips branch....spoke to teller ANDREA & supervisor JAIME...they politely dealt with my frustration & I was GOOD TO GO leaving
I had a meeting scheduled with Cambrian Credit Union (CCU) at 10:30 AM at the Marion location. The meeting was cancelled at 10:16 AM—seriously? I typically try not to judge a service based on other people’s negative comments and prefer to experience it for myself.
