There is no problem with the actual facility. I am appalled by the lack of costumer service we have experienced with this one bank teller today June 18 around 10am. She was wearing a green top, reddish maroon hair up to her shoulders, some frilly necklaces on and thick drawn on eyebrows and glasses. I went over there to accommodate my grandfather because he had to double check something with his account but I did not appreciate the hostility towards my grandfather. I don’t recommend this bank to anybody transferred our mortgage over just as Covid hit had no choice but to give 1 star they said we had more than enough equity in our home that if we ever needed anything that it would be no problem when we reached out to our banker she recommended a third party refinance to access our equity they rejected us with out us even filling out an application it they offer all this help in advertising we only needed a small amount to keep us ahead. This bank never has any lines - the banker I deal with is amazing and will go above and beyond to make things work out. Wasn’t until visiting a cibc I realized how good this Cambrian is.
