Had issues with expired card after hours....visited Mcphillips branch...spoke with teller ANDREA & supervisor JAIME....they managed my frustration & I was GOOD TO GO leaving
This bank never has any lines - the banker I deal with is amazing and will go above and beyond to make things work out. Wasn’t until visiting a cibc I realized how good this Cambrian is.
