Good shop, knowledgeable staff.
Horrible customer service. I wanted to purchase the spectral on cf 8. I called ahead and spoke with a women who told me to wait a couple days for a sale. I waited until the time and date she gave me to find no sale. Not only was there no sale, the bike I wanted sold out. I called again and they said “no you misunderstood, you weren’t misinformed. The sale already happened. She told you when it was ending” So the notes I wrote down after asking the same question three times are wrong? I even repeated my notes back to the fore... read more
