Terrible service. I took my ebike to fix a problem with the breaks making a squeaking sound and $300 later is still doing it. I took it three days ago to fix a flat tire, and it not only took them 3 days to fix it, but they charge $86 for it. I would highly encourage not to use their services if you have a choice.
Purchased a Norco Fluid online last week. From the outstanding customer service, continuous shipping updates, the bike arriving next to fully assembled, and excellent packaging, above and beyond a great experience. Along with a fast shipment across the country, I couldn't be more impressed with Cambria Bikes. Thank you everyone out west for sending a quality and well inspected ride!
I would have originally given this place a 2/5 as the workers were rude, uninterested, and or passive aggressive. I’ve been about 7 to fix my crankshaft, inner tubes, spokes, etc. However; the last I went, the worker named Eric was concise, nice, and did something that took 20 minutes right there and then. Thanks, Eric.

Cambria bikes in San Luis Obispo what a great place to buy a bike or to have your bike worked on ! Visiting from San Francisco I purchased a battery from their online sales. Alan in the warehouse really went out of his way to help me out. Turns out there’s confusion for the manufacturer and the battery looks identical, but it just not the right battery but anyways and San Luis Obispo a great place to ride going and see Cambria bikes great bunch of guys in there thank you.
