Horrible customer service. I wanted to purchase the spectral on cf 8. I called ahead and spoke with a women who told me to wait a couple days for a sale. I waited until the time and date she gave me to find no sale. Not only was there no sale, the bike I wanted sold out. I called again and they said “no you misunderstood, you weren’t misinformed. Absolutely horrible customer service. I bought a set of bike pads for my child. The posted size chart said her arms fell below a small/medium, even though she wears a L/XL for the rest of her clothing. However, I trusted the posted size chart and ordered the S/M. When I received them, my daughter couldn’t even get them over her wrists they were so small. I went to the site to see about an exchange, but they were going to charge me $7 for return shipping.
