Absolutely horrible customer service. I bought a set of bike pads for my child. The posted size chart said her arms fell below a small/medium, even though she wears a L/XL for the rest of her clothing. However, I trusted the posted size chart and ordered the S/M. When I received them, my daughter couldn’t even get them over her wrists they were so small. I went to the site to see about an exchange, but they were going to charge me $7 for return shipping. Said 2-5 day shipping so I bought something for my bike trip 10 days away. It arrives after I leave on the 10th day so I have to buy another. No heads up or reason fiven. Super frustrating.

Cambria bike shop was one of worst experiences I have ever had going to a bike shop. I brought my fixie in there to get all checked out since I just bought it off Facebook and being that it’s a fixie it doesn’t need much done. There isn’t anything to work on really, it’s the most basic form of bike but I haven’t had a lot of time on my hands to get it riding again. Got my Downhill bike from them and shipped to me, they had good communication and a competitive price, but the shipping time was much longer than they claim. Other than that everything went smoothly!
