Everytime I go into Cambria they are ready and willing to help.....Whether it is mechanicals that I am having with my bikes or I need advice on new parts for my bikes, they are willing to steer in directions that I not only can afford but also they help my bike ride better!! These characters are the best!!!
Cambria Bicycle Outfitters was great, helpful and friendly until I had to return a defective product. Then it was poor customer service with little too no eye contact. And even though there was only one other customer in the store besides me it took over 40 minutes just to exchange a defective bicycle light because the cashier didn't know how to work the computer cash register. I literally had to stand there and wait and watch a cashier stare at a cash register for 46 minutes. Also - no cash refunds - only in store credit. A... read more
