Massage was rough and felt rushed. I was quite sore afterwards and woke up the next day with bruising on my neck and shoulders. I did communicate that it was quite sore and to go softly but it wasn’t fully understood.
Great massage worked out my sore muscles very relaxing. I have chronic neck pain always have a lot less pain and more movement after my massage
