I’m quite disappointed with my experience. My appointment was at 2:30 PM for a 45-minute massage with Sau Yee Brenda Ma. I was only 8–10 minutes late because the bus stop was quite far from the location and I had to walk to get there. What disappointed me the most was that I was not informed beforehand that my massage time would be reduced because of my late arrival. Wow brutal. First time there, waited over 30 mins for my appt. No explanation, no apology. They could’ve called me and I would’ve waited at home or gone to Starbucks or something but no info at all. Plus I arrived to a child eating his lunch at the reception desk… then bouncing a ball outside the sterile room I was waiting in, so unprofessional. Horrible experience.
