Transaction was easy and free delivery of my tv ..very happy
All good, but delivery time of 2½ weeks was a problem.
Waited for weeks for a quote, including following up with emails and phone calls. Constantly hearing ‘must’ve slipped through the system’ even though I’d spoken to them a week earlier and heard the same response. Absolutely useless. Still awaiting the quote from four months ago!
Have previously used Camberwell Electrics over the years and been very happy with their service, things don't appear to be going well anymore. I have been trying to get a quote since 5th Dec 2022 for a split system (2 systems) , I followed up with them and this is the message I received "Sorry, we are currently short of staff and installers. If you are prepared to wait, hopefully we can rectify our situation soon." Shame, used to be a great place to do business with.
