ZERO STARS!!!!!! They are not that helpful at all . I’ve always had to reach out and call for updates. Most times no one pick up the phone. I’m on the verge of getting evicted. I ask for assistance since April 2025, now it’s April 2026 and nothing. Why is this place even open? My case worker never calls me . When he does answer he’s always want an update from me but nothing to offer in return.
I called this location to speak with a manager and was hung up on multiple times before I could even get through to anyone. When I finally reached someone, a lady named Joan told me I was not allowed to speak with a manager without a case number. I have never heard of that policy and honestly found it completely unprofessional and dismissive.
