Do not go to this CAMBA if you live in Seaview buildings (white buildings behind Curtis HS) they help management more than the tenants they are currently taking tenants to court and lying saying that HRA is not paying em when they are even when you have proof the lady that sits in that office refuses to see the proof GO TO A DIFFERENT HOMEBASE IN ANOTHER BOROUGH I promise they will help you
⭐ 1 Star. My experience with CAMBA's HomeBase was extremely disappointing. I felt dismissed, unsupported, and treated without compassion during a time when I genuinely needed help. Communication was poor, and I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. I believe people should treat others with compassion because our actions have consequences. Karma is real. I have been trying to get assistance since March 2026. It is July 2026 and these people do not answer the phone, they don’t help, they won’t email etc. they’re ignoring my calls on purpose but if I call off of a different phone (a different #) then they answer asap. They really don’t care about anyone but themselves, don’t even come here they will waste your time like no tomorrow, and they will not help you whatsoever,
Those people are a joke! Finally, someone helped me with my issue and took care of it after I explained everything. Don't be afraid to speak up and keep pushing them to do their job. Too often, they don't seem to care about us and act miserable. But Marcelo Cazar has been great and very helpful.
