The level of service and responsiveness I have experienced at the CAMBA HomeBase location since initiating my housing transfer process. On November 11, 2025, I submitted a formal request for a transfer and related assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, I did not receive my CityFHEPS shopping letter until January 20, 2025—over two months later. Never answer the phone called 7 times yesterday and left a voicemail and 4 times today and no answer!!
Trash 0/10 horrible service,was given a city phelps voucher in March 2025 I didn’t received any help with apartments and unfortunately was evicted and loss the apartment because of the negligent behavior from these caseworkers.Also I was ignored no one responded to my emails.Your better off moving off Staten Island or Getting extra jobs these people won’t help you.P.S the city phelps vouch has less protections than section 8 and they don’t wanna pay correctly!
