These people are not helpful. To me because of staff incompetence, they advance homelessness in NYC rather than help prevent it. They should be shut down.

The level of service and responsiveness I have experienced at the CAMBA HomeBase location since initiating my housing transfer process. On November 11, 2025, I submitted a formal request for a transfer and related assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, I did not receive my CityFHEPS shopping letter until January 20, 2025—over two months later.
