Sad to say. CAMBA will not help you. They don't even have beds for you to sleep in. The Security guard is a Gentleman. He treated me with respect and professionalism. I went there today like after 6. Wanted me to go to Bedford ave Shelter or the one on E30th and 1st Ave in Manhattan. What good is the in take section? I bet the sister that came with the suitcase had a bed. Wanted me to sleep in the chair. Why is the guards in the building next to intake have you run your bags through the scanner if there is no place to sleep?... read more
You should review staffing during weekends, because I needed information before coming to the site, but the phone only say "there is nobody who can pick up the call"
