Immensely rude, told me to leave my shelter and be street homeless if I wanted to qualify for help, couldn't name a single alternative resource beyond "catholic charities", and snapped at me for saying that wasn't helpful. I needed help getting a housing voucher because the shelter is not doing anything.
I called this morning & spoke to someone from the front desk. I did not get a name but she was really rude! I finished it distasteful that these people take jobs that consist of them being generous to people because of their circumstances but instead want to be nasty, mean, and/or rude. I called to ask the status of me being in the system & the lady was being really nasty. I asked her Why was she talking so rude? & was she having a bad morning? EVERYTHING. Literally EVERYTHING out of these peoples mouths are a lie. I am having to sue this organization in Supreme Court now, because they had lied to me (never even mind the fact it took rhem 7 months to submit my cityfheps application) about so many things that I'll have to truly take the time to list everything in detail. But it resulted in me receiving a wrongful judgment against me, and owing my landlord an additional 35k that I originally did now have to pay.
