Very unprofessional, I call left multiple voicemail for a call back, never received a called. The front desk representative never answered the phone. I showed up they told me I needed an appointment to be seen, I been waiting for 4 months for an update on my application, I finally got someone on the phone after 4 months to be told me my application was denied because I didn’t get into a shelter, even thou I’m facing eviction and was told I didn’t need to get into a shelter if I’m going back and forth to court.
