I wanted to give negative starts as the workers there don’t pick up their phone and the lady in the front has a bad attitude. They blame HRA for not doing their work when they the one supposed to.

There are people who need help and these are the worst people to ask for help. They give so much run around, they don’t answer the phone, they are very rude, and act stupid when you ask them questions.

This is the WORST, (no exaggerating) place to do business. I called over 100 times over 100 emails, specifically to OBIAGELI. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these people, I’ve dealt with all the staff and they are all the EXACT same way, it’s like they’re trained to NOT do their job. They sit in their office and talk all day, you see them walking back and forth chatting while’s clients are sitting in their office for hours, waiting for someone to attend to them. This place is a joke it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone. No one answers the phones . This place is supposed to be helping people and it’s a joke. I’ve been waiting for an answer from them for 3 months just to get a caseworker. I thought Staten Island would be better then Brooklyn. Absolutely not I got to say at least in Brooklyn they answered the phones
