I’ve had a horrible experience dealing with CAMBA HomeBase at 209 Bay Street. I’ve been dealing with them for almost a year, and it feels like I’m constantly being brushed off. They tell you that someone will contact you, but no one ever does unless you repeatedly call and chase them down. ⭐ 1 Star. My experience with CAMBA's HomeBase was extremely disappointing. I felt dismissed, unsupported, and treated without compassion during a time when I genuinely needed help. When I tell you these workers are the worst ever I’m not lying even a little. They talk to you disrespectfully and will belittle you and talk to as if you’re a child! They will pick up and hang up just to not take your call. One time they answered without realizing and I heard the workers talking about going out on a weekend and getting drunk and way more but they can’t answer their phones for clients who need help. Worst place every and the staff are always out never in the office when u go they tell u ,u can’t speak to ur caseworker cuz they busy with others . That sad and very frustrating. I been eating for 2 years and after my voucher I got my own apartment and still they not helping or answer the land lord
