Very annoyed. Came here previously for GLP shots. It was great. Wanted to come back to get some moles lasered off. Told the front desk what I was looking for and she scheduled an appointment. Turns out they don’t do that procedure here. Please screen your clients better so they don’t waste their time driving to an appointment for a procedure you don’t do.
Mika is absolutely amazing and she makes sure you understand everything.
During my last session of a laser hair removal package, I asked if she thought I would need additional sessions. She told me she was sick of doing laser hair removal and told me to go somewhere else. She said there are better prices at other med spas. Therefore, I took my business elsewhere. I felt like a bother after that comment...
