I am in total shock & traumatised because I very recently moved in with a 77 year old woman in Marsden who was drinking heavily & on a few recreational drugs & I was threatened with a knife on Tuesday morning. I was not allowed to share the living area & told me that I could only go in the kitchen otherwise I must stay in my room. Sept 2024 received a phone call from Calyptus management to say there is a Room to Rent In North Ipswich for Rent . I arrived at the property's to inspect & No one there . I called calyptus management to say I'm at the property'. At4pm . I waited till 7_30;pm Red Flag 1 Young lady already was a Tennant did not know who I was or wanted to know why I was at the rental property. My cousin went to a place at logan reserve managed by Anastasia. She told me later that the women there were bullies and she would have been bashed if she lived there so she didn't move there. I have no idea if this is true or not because my cousin who is a constant and thabitual liar. I don't know where she moved to or if it's a calyptus house. I'm just glad she's gone. I told her no lies in my house.
have been with these guys now for 16 months , fabulous housemates 2 older gentlemen of 75 and I'm 53 we all get along great , best decision I've made to move in
