Tried calling several times to check on one of the latest collection. Would not answer.
I’m very disappointed with the quality of the jeans I purchased from Calvin Klein. I originally received a pair with a manufacturing defect and had to contact customer service to file a claim. Although I was given a $50 gift card, the replacement experience has been frustrating because the same jeans later ripped in the back/right seat area during normal use. I had a very disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein store. The staff’s behavior was far from professional and honestly quite frustrating. Last week, we visited the store to ask a simple question, but the employees didn’t seem interested in helping at all. They didn’t even bother to check their system or tablet—just gave a quick “we don’t have it” and moved on. No effort, no customer service.
