We replaced our kitchen floor. Our experience with Calvetta Bros - Bedford was outstanding. From the moment we walked into the store through the completion of installation, the process was seamless. Our sales person, Chad, was always available for questions. The entire process took under 3 weeks. We enthusiastically recommend Calvetta Bros. for flooring.
We have used Calvetta Brothers to completely replace the floors in our house over the years, and love the floors and the job they did. Just recently had our sunroom floor replaced; we were not really happy with the look of the floor (it ended up quite different than the sample), and they completely stood by their work and made it right. Great showroom. Plentiful and amazing options available. Helpful staff from opening the door to selecting options, to carrying a samples to our car. We are now under contract with Calvetta Brothers. Got through the selecting and measuring stages. Waiting for out turn at install. We've been kept informed of progress every step of the way. Great people to work with like Chad.

I find them hard to work with. They NEVER return calls, emails or messages, then act as though you're creating a hassle if you need something other than a new floor install (ex: the floor is damaged and need service) There are a million floor companies, I would avoid this one at all costs. They replied to my review below, but did NOT address the continual lack of follow up or failure to return calls over and over.
