Very nice people, however the pros end there. The job performed on our first tax return was budget. An inordinate amount of time was spent on something that shouldn't have taken very long. In the end we were charged 3x their quote after a sizable "discount" had been applied. We felt somewhat invested in their services at that point and gave them a second chance the following year.
