My mum has been here for a while now and whilst it's facilities are a bit dated it's very clean and homely. The best part though is the care from staff. All residents receive one on one care and not just with basic daily living requirements. It's the hugs, conversations and laughs that make this an actual home. Everyone from the hospitality staff, carers and RNs stop and chat, give comfort and enrichment.
The staff here are next level, I have visited a few of these care centres, and nothing compares to them, the rooms are basic but serviseable it's going to be the place for me 🙂
My mum was plagued with dementia that increasingly stole from her, taking her memory, mobility, personality and warmth. Mum was a resident here for 7 months and the staff were helpful and kind. The facilities are clean if not a little basic, but entirely reasonable in all aspects.
