Stay away from this company! Very unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent. They won't pay you a TONU even though they mess up, that is what happened to us. Driver arrived at the shipper, the load was actually going to a different place and the broker's response was : " I have not told you to send the driver in. I haven't dispatched your driver" when in fact she did talk to him at noon and their shipper was closing at 2pm so he had to go there in order to make it by the time they closed. They are good only with excuses ... read more
Very unprofessional, lying thru their teeth. Do not have any idea of their own loads, and as well have zero control of whats going on. Hardly recommend to stay away from them. Let the garbage they loaded my truck with now stick at their maps profile pic !
Have been trying to get detention for 2 weeks, no chance. Got times in and out on BOL, got gps records, they do not care. Will never book the load with them again.
