For 3000$ per month I kinda expect supervision so my mother would not go missing. Maybe just put an air tag on her, or get a night club bouncer to stand at the gate with a clicker in hand to monitor who goes in and who goes out.

Good welcoming environment and really cooperative staffs . Love working with them. Great management team with proficient clinical skills with the CCM. Highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Apparently withholding mail from aged care recipients (who are not diagnosed with dementia and do not require a power of attorney in effect) is considered normal, despite being illegal elsewhere in Australia. Also like to take personally purchased panadol and refuse to provide when needed. Also some mysterious phantom Gaviscon dosages that exceed the recommended daily dose when you add up the numbers that appear on the itemised 'creative accounting' invoices.
