I'm a previous member and I can tell you my experience was less than good. I was constantly picked on by manager. I broke my hip in 2014 was made to go in to fill out my certificate leave. This was very hard and shouldn't have happened. I feel people with anxiety was delt with inappropriately. That's why I left. When the new rule came in that residents were not to be showered before breakfast it was hard. A resident in my care at the time was needing a shower and I got into trouble being told I did it for my own convenient. ... read more
