Poorly run. Management use all the buzz words but never improve anything. Staff that speak up about the abuse and neglect are villanised. The residents feel depressed and hopeless. The residents lost their library because management fancied it as their office. Gym taken away and activity room also taken. The residents have nothing. Basic care is non existent. Low ratio of care staff and most don't have english as their first language.

My mother was assaulted twice by male residents. Once resulted in extensive bruising and a broken knee. Not only were the incidents not reported, the police were not called and she was left in agony overnight. I had to insist on her being taken to hospital the next day. She can no longer walk independently. Enter at your own risk!

Not enough staff, too expensive, too little for residents to do,not enough stimulation, some horrible staff and management
