"I've had the pleasure of seeing my dad thrive at Narracan Gardens Newborough for over 6 weeks now & now permanent. The staff truly go above and beyond - their genuine care and kindness have made all the difference. My brother and I feel incredibly grateful knowing Dad is safe and happy here. Absolutely a disgraceful place. The only thing it has going for it is “some dedicated staff”. The fact that you have cleaners and laundry hands having to help cover PCA shifts is disgusting. They treat Agency staff like third class citizens, never have the right amount of staff to equal the patient to care ratio. The kitchen head chef is beyond incompetent.
