Absolutely a disgraceful place. The only thing it has going for it is “some dedicated staff”. The fact that you have cleaners and laundry hands having to help cover PCA shifts is disgusting. They treat Agency staff like third class citizens, never have the right amount of staff to equal the patient to care ratio. The kitchen head chef is beyond incompetent. Wonderful caring staff clean tidy relaxing environment for my father in-law it was a pleasure to visit him friendly positive situation
It was disheartening to have my grandmother go into an Aged Care facility but with her ongoing Dementia myself and my family knew she had to be looked after by professionals and seeing how much more attentive the staff are to her daily care is a relief. I talked with them in advance on what I would like done for nan and its been followed very well. Quite happy with the length NG have gone to, to support her and my family.
