The information provided by Leanne Newcombe about her father 4 months ago is incorrect. Alan Newcombe was reviewed by the GP and an Ambulance was ordered. His daughter Leanne knew about this but then ordered one herself. Two ambulances attended to pick him up! Upon Alan's return to the facility at 11.45am, he had lunch provided to him at 1215 after he had obs completed blood sugar taken.
I’m not happy with the service they provided. I asked for the nurse in charge to ring a ambulance and they wouldn’t so I did he ended up in Geelong hospital for a few weeks.. My father has been in hospital and was returned to nursing home which I was there from 11.45 till 4 pm and not one staff check on him .
