I am so frustrated with the management of this facility. My grandfather is often found with no clothes in his cupboard ( management love to tell my family “we have over 150 residents and one lady doing the laundry “ - it’s not good enough for the amount of money paid to care for him. He’s often found in soiled diapers, I will say there a few wonderful nurses who give my family comfort that he’s cared for when they are working.
