Wondered why a delivery was taking so long so decided to call. Somehow with my prompt, they said it will be delivered tomorrow between 8-12. Waited until 12:30, then decided to call again to see where it was. They said delivery truck broke down and it will be here instead the next day. Has an installer waiting for this item. Needless to say interface and communication about deliveries with customers needs a massive upgrade. If you are fond of the 1980’s, this shipping company is for you.
