Zoe was professional, helpful and caring, would highly recommend Zoe and the team at Calthrops.
Although I had some good experience with Calthrops, they neglected to make me aware that when I purchased my house, my Council Tax would go up as soon as I moved in. All solicitors are made aware of this situation and should pass this information onto purchasers. I was given information about the fact that someone could potentially steal my identity and I should safeguard against this, but not about the Council Tax. I downsized and ended up with my bills going up.
