Dropped my vehicle off for a starter malfunction in the afternoon. It was diagnosed and starter replaced the same day. Excellent service!
Did really quality work for very reasonable price, even drove me to casino while waiting for my car to be repaired. Probably calling them tomorrow to do my front brake pads. Highly recommend this small shop in Willits!
So thankful for Rod and his awesome service. We had been sitting in front of the Willits sign since 6AM, and Rod walked over and asked if we were okay and if he could look under our hood. He helped move us to the garage and started his work. He really did save my family, a total of 8 of us. THANK YOU ROD. YOU DON'T KNOW HOW GRATEFUL WE ARE.

Very irritable and rude. They are very unhappy here so I would recommend skipping this place. I hope they are able to turn their lives around and be nicer to others!
