Best class ever! Ms. Valerie is so gentle and kind she's the best instructor I've had. She's so patient and really works with you to get the material. Recommend 10 out of 10 every time.
My experience in the phlebotomy program at Calregional in Norwalk was amazing, and a big part of that is because of Ms.Valerie. She’s such a dedicated, very knowledgeable, and supportive instructor who truly wants her students to succeed. I’m so thankful to have had her as my instructor.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Cal Regional’s phlebotomy program. Ms. Valerie LaRosa truly takes pride in her students' success and makes the learning process fun and engaging. Initially, my experience with the Cal Regional phlebotomy program in Norwalk CA, at Excelsior Adult School, was awesome. I thought Ms. Valerie was an excellent instructor and to be fair, still is in the way she approaches teaching. However, in the week leading up to my withdrawal, I had issues with said instructor as she blatantly made false accusations against me saying I was using drugs during class time.
